Abstract:
The information paper presents an event that took place in 2020-2022 on the site of a former manor brewery in Čechtín in the Třebíč region as part of professional training designed for those interested in the management and maintenance of historical buildings, organized by the Department of Education of the National Heritage Institute. The subject of the workshop was a lime workshop, which included a newly built periodic lime kiln and an earth pit for storing lime slurry. The workshop presented the production process from raw material preparation to the final product.
