Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to retrieve the knowledge related to the topic above, including the information on the latest knowledge gained by the author from the thesis. After a brief introduction to the topic attention is paid to the individual techniques, i.e. etching, abrasive grinding and controlled corrosion. Finally, the probability of the historical use of various techniques for accentuating the texture in Damascus composites is assessed.
