Abstract:
As is the case even for other types of industrial objects, achaeological findings concerning beer and malt breweries are limited to a few tens of published cases. The potential for archaeological exploration of this field provided by our country is much greater. It may happen, that the level of interpretation may stand between the archaeologist and a publication.
